Take your owner's manual and service manual to the dealer and ask to speak with the manager of the service department. If you have already seen him or you don't get satisfaction from him, ask to speak with the owner or general manager of the dealership. You might have to make an appointment. Or you can write a formal letter of complaint to the owner of the dealership. the name and address of the owner of the property is available to anyone at your local county assessor's office.
If you want to write to Suzuki the address is:
American Suzuki
MC/ATV Customer Service
P.O. BOX 1100
Brea, CA 92822
Should you have a situation that you believe requires American Suzuki's immediate assistance you may call Customer Service at 714-572-1490. Customer service representatives are available from 8:30AM to 5 PM PST.
or
4) Put your inquiry in a letter, including copies of all relevant documents (service records, etc.). Include the 17-digit vehicle identification number (VIN), your full name, mailing address, and day/evening phone numbers. Send via U.S. mail to:
American Suzuki
